$125 / vendor golfer - price includes breakfast, range balls, golf, cart, lunch, polo shirt and prizes
$350 vendor hole sponsor (includes sign on sponsored hole and one vendor golfer)

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Registrations must be paid and received no later than Friday, May 13th. Early registration is highly recommended. The 2021 tournament had a wait list.
